Postnatal Personal TrainingOnce you have delivered your baby and your body has healed, it's only natural that you'd like to regain confidence and work towards getting back in shape. As you and your body have gone through a significant transformation, you may need a different approach to ensure your muscles and joints recover correctly and become stronger than ever.
I understand the time and need to care for baby 24-7 and how this may impact during sessions. So, prices are reflective of the need for mothers to care for their baby during sessions if required. Please get in touch to discuss your unique situation and pricing. *All training will only commence upon completion of 6 or 8 week postnatal check-up with a health care professional. |

Q. Is there any screening required before starting?
A. It’s really important key information about pre and postnatal (depending on which stage mum is in) is captured. This helps ensure no harm will come to mum or baby during exercise.
Information is gathered during the initial consultation and upon completion of questionnaires and forms. There maybe some circumstances where mum may need to liaise with a health care professional of GP before exercise can be started. |
