Q. DO YOU CATER FOR HOME OR OUTSIDE WORKOUTS?
A. Of course. All plans are individually tailored to your needs. Whether you're online or need personal training in Fareham, If you prefer home workouts, your plan will reflect this.

Q. If I have special exercise requirements, can these be catered for?
A. Yes, however, depending on your requirement it may suggested you are referred onwards to a specialist. Any special exercise requirements are requested upon onboarding on the PAR-Q and Health Declaration.

Q. CAN I PAY MONTHLY DIRECT DEBITS FOR ANY OF THE PLANS?
A. Yes, this is available for the 6, 12, 24 & 36 sessions offers

A. Working from Holly Hill Leisure Center provides all my clients with state of the art facilities to ensure a holistic approach to fitness is accomplished.
